Every now and then, I always try to give myself a reward for doing "this" or "that". Few days before Christmas, I headed to a cheapo kind of spa located at The Cube to have my much-awaited foot spa or Pinoy foot spa at that.

There's nothing to blame but the festive holiday spirit in the air. It's not my appetite or something. And when the mood is indeed festive, I tend to see it as an excuse for eating. It seems like there's an invisible magnet being zapped to my side which forces me to enter a Japanese fast food chain. Don't ask. It's NOT my appetite - end of story. Below are pieces of evidence why I gained weight before Christmas.
First stop: Karate Kid
Cheesy tonkatsu maki
Second stop: Tokyo Tokyo
Third stop: Sushi-ya
