There's nothing to blame but the festive holiday spirit in the air. It's not my appetite or something. And when the mood is indeed festive, I tend to see it as an excuse for eating. It seems like there's an invisible magnet being zapped to my side which forces me to enter a Japanese fast food chain. Don't ask. It's NOT my appetite - end of story. Below are pieces of evidence why I gained weight before Christmas.
